YOGA in conjunction with
Ecstatic Dance Bath &
Love Jam Bath
Join a variety of teachers on Sunday, once a month for a Yoga session taking place between the incredible offerings of BOTH Ecstatic Dance Bath and the NEW addition of Love Jam, Bath.

@Saint Marks Community Centre, Bath Central
Join us on a Sunday following the Ecstatic Dance Bath, dance. Our yoga sessions will take you through breath, movement and connection. A wonderful way to transition from Ecstatic Dance Bath or your morning, to Love Jam Bath or your afternoon.
Please see tickets and dates below. Tickets are offered on a sliding scale, please do not hesitate to email us with any questions regarding the Yoga.
What to bring
- A yoga Mat (if you have one) or £1 to hire
- Water Bottle
- Comfortable Clothing
- Open Mind
- Any other items you may need

Stop, Breath and Connect
Taking time to be present with yourself. It is the true essence of a gift of time. A great way to integrate Ecstatic Dance and prepare for Love Jam.
MOVEMENT
Enjoy a slow flow, offering full body movement, connection and freedom. Perfect following Ecstatic Dance or to warm the physical body for Love Jam
TRANSITION
Opportunity of time to transition from the Ecstatic Dance to your afternoon. From your morning to Love Jam, or simply to break up your day.
Transitioning with awareness is a wonderful gift to ourselves.
